Mr. Jim's Pizza is a chain of small restaurants that specialize in the pick-up and delivery of pizzas. Our target market is young families with children that are too busy to prepare their own meals. Our competitors are those places that sell families convenient meals (McDonald's®, other pizza places, taco huts, chicken huts, anywhere that families eat) as opposed to places where families go out to dinner. We have strict standards to make each pizza exactly the same every time and we achieve a consistency of product that is not duplicated in the industry.

Employment Opportunities

I would like to invite you to join our team. We have been hiring new team members for over 30 years. In fact, Linda has worked for me since 1975.

With over 70 locations we are always in need of new friendly and productive staff members. There are many jobs available. The most frequent need we have is for delivery drivers. If you would like to help make people happy by delivering my fabulous pizzas you can apply at your neighborhood Mr. Jim's. They normally have flexible part time evening hours available for drivers. There are sometimes full time positions available and day shift hours. You will have to work most Friday nights but that's where you get the most deliveries and tips. Many of our franchisees started out as staff members and ended up owning their own store.

You must meet the following requirements to be a delivery driver for Mr. Jim's:

1. You must be 18 years of age or older.
2. You must have a valid drivers license.
3. You must have a decent driving record.
4. You must provide your own reliable transportation.
5. You must have automobile insurance.
6. You must have no history of drug or alcohol abuse.

Fill it out and bring your drivers license and proof of insurance to your neighborhood Mr. Jim's. It also helps if you bring a copy of your driving record which is available from the State. Talk to the owner or manager there to find out how we can best help you; they can also give you specific information on pay, hours and tips.
