The primary target market for our food franchise is the Pressured Family – families with kids on the go. Secondary markets are Hungry Henrys – primarily male, big eaters who like to watch sports on TV, and Pizza Lovers – those people who just love pizza.

Why our pizza is so good

A big point of difference is our crust. Our hand-stretched pizza dough is made from 100% spring wheat with high levels of protein (14%).  Although our flour is a little more expensive, it gives our crust its uniform large cell structure and gives the crisp outer layer its nutty flavor.

What's more, our original crust is made fresh daily right in our stores. Never frozen, it rises naturally for at least 12 hours. Our “Big Three� pizza delivery competitors ship their frozen dough in from central processing plants.

In addition to our full range of original and thin crust pizzas, Mr. Jim's offers a variety of supporting entrees and side items. For example, our Nacho Stix is a thin crust offering that's loaded with chicken, cheese, onions and jalapeno peppers. While not a traditional pizza, it is an excellent product that caters to America's increasing desire for spicy, southwestern fare. Add to that our Jim Stix, Cin Stix, lasagne, salads and our newest offering – the JimZoni Pizza Pocket, and you have a complete menu that will satisfy even the pickiest eater.
